Richard is a Chartered Accountant (2014), a Chartered Banker (2016) and holds MBA (Finance) from the KNUST (2012) and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast (UCC 2006).
Richard has over twenty (20) years progressive experience in banking and has extensive knowledge in Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting, Auditing, Corporate Governance, Credit and Risk Management. Richard was appointed CEO of Sefwiman Rural Bank in 2012 and has won the admiration of all the stakeholders of the Bank and has been a source of inspiration to his subordinates having won several awards for the Bank.

ABUBAKARI ALHASSAN is the Head of Accounts and Operations of Sefwiman Rural Bank PLC. During his 16 far-reaching years in banking industry, Alhassan has held various roles, spanning from Teller, Credit officer, Assistant Accountant, Branch Manager and Accountant prior to his current role. He holds an MBA in Finance from KNUST.

Anobia is the Head of IT of Sefwiman Rural Bank PLC. Before joining Sefwiman Rural Bank Plc since 2010, he has worked as an IT Manager and tutor at various respectable institutions in Ashanti and Western region. He holds Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Garden City University, (CCNA) Certificate. He anchored the networking of the bank. Anobia has also participated in a host of IT and banking related training workshops including Server Management, IT Security Essentials, Corporate Governance and Rural Banks in Ghana, sensitization workshop on credit reporting and referencing and Risk Identification etc.

Samuel is a shrewd banker with about 20 years working experience in the banking industry. He started as Mobile Banking and Microfinance Officer with Fiagya Rural Bank, 2003; and rose through portfolios and ranks with different banks.
He established, and headed the Microfinance and Mobile Banking Department of Kwamaman Rural Bank. Head, Recovery and Monitoring, Women’s World Banking Ghana (in receivership) Kumasi. Branch Manager, GN Bank/Savings (in receivership), Prior to joining Sefwiman Rural Bank, Mr. Arhin was acting Head of Marketing Department, Kwahu Praso Rural Bank.
Currently pursuing MSc Financial Risk Management, Samuel holds BBA Business Mgt, and HND Marketing.

Michael is the Head of Risk and Compliance/AMLRO. He is an astute Banker with 16 years’ experience in various roles and capacities. He has been in a Senior Management role for the past 11 years; with core competencies in Relationship Management, Credit Analysis and Monitoring, Recovery and Risk Management.
Prior to joining Sefwiman Rural Bank, Michael had worked with the erstwhile PROCREDIT SL as Agro Credit Team lead, Adansi Rural Bank as Head of Credit and later, Head of Risk and Compliance /AMLRO. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management –Ghana, holds a Masters Degree in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management.

Laar is the Head of Microfinance Department of Sefwiman Rural Bank PLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the Garden City University College, Kumasi and HND Statistics from the Tamale Polytechnic now Tamale Technical University.
Before joining the Bank, he had previously worked with the Odotobri Rural Bank for thirteen years as Credit Officer and Head of Microfinance Department.
He has participated in numerous courses on credit management and operations and has excellent knowledge in credit and risk management.

Louisa is results-oriented HR leader with over 13 years of work experience as a Human Resource Management practitioner and 23 years of accumulated work experience. She has served in different companies and institutions, such as manufacturing and, mining support just to mention a few. She has served in non-managerial, managerial, senior management member roles and served as a board member responsible for HR and Admin.
She currently holds a BBA, HR option, and she is an Associate Member in good standing, from the Charted Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana. She hopes to be a Doctor of Business Administration soon.
With her extensive experience in driving business growth, talent development, and organizational excellence. Louisa is very passionate and dedicated to her given roles and tasks. She has a proven record of accomplishment of designing and implementing strategic HR Policies and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, improve performance, and foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity.
As HR and Administrative Manager at Sefwiman Rural Bank, Louisa is responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that support the bank's mission. She aims to support the team to provide innovative financial solutions and exceptional customer service. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations, with a strong focus on driving business outcomes and promoting a positive work culture.
