Ellis holds a Ph.D. in Law and Business Administration (Banking and Finance) from the University of Lleida, Spain. He has several research articles and publications to his credit. He has extensive knowledge in Banking and Finance, Microfinance, Business Administration, Accounting and Mathematics. He has over 25years teaching experience at various levels. He worked in various Universities in Ghana and abroad and he is currently a Lecturer at the KNUST Business School. He is also a certified GHAMFIN trainer and has been in the microfinance industry for about 10 years. He serves on the Board as the Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Audit, Risk, Finance and Compliance Committee and a member of the Board Credit Committee.

Stephen Kingsley Bennieh, Esq. is a trained Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana from the Ghana School of Law. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with First Class Honours from KAAF University in Accra and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Ghana. He was called to the Ghanaian Bar in 2020. After his Call to the Bar, he now works as an Associate Lawyer at Dankwah & Associates (Divine Chambers) at Adabraka, Accra. He is also a Law Lecturer at KAAF University. He was appointed a director on 20th May, 2021 and has served on the HR, Credit, Audit, Risk and Compliance Committees of the Board. He is the immediate past Chairman of the HR Committee and he is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Robert is a Professor at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. He holds Ph.D and MSc. Degrees in Agricultural Economics from KNUST, and a Certificate in Agribusiness and Postharvest Management from the Galilee International Management Institute (GIMI), Israel.
Prior to his professional career as a full-time lecturer at KNUST, spanning over 15 years, Robert had held various positions at Asamoah & William Consulting Ltd., Kumasi, Adwumapa Buyers Limited (a Licensed Cocoa Buying Company) and Valley View University-Techiman Campus.
Prof. Aidoo has consistently led different teams to undertake several consultancy assignments for both local and international organizations, including the World Bank Group/International Finance Corporation (IFC), United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR-Ghana office), United Nations World Food Programme (WFP-Ghana office), International Labour Organization (ILO-Ghana office), Tree Crops Development Authority (TCDA), Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA-Ghana), and Ministry of Food and Agriculture (MoFA), among others.
Robert has extensive knowledge and experience in project management, agribusiness finance and risk management, food security and agribusiness value chain analysis, as well as capacity building for actors in the agricultural value chain.
He has undertaken many research projects with several publications to his credit in both local and international peer reviewed journals. He serves on various Boards and Committees of the University.
He currently serves on the Board as a member of the HR; Finance, Audit, Risk and Compliance, and Credit Committees.

Isaac is an educational administrator who is currently the Western North Regional Coordinator for Free Senior High School. He is also the Bibiani Anhwiaso Municipal Assembly representative on the Board. He holds a Master of Educational Administration & Leadership from the Valley View University. He serves on the Board as the Chairman of the Board Credit Committee as well as a member of the HR Committee.

Vivian Ametefe is a PhD candidate in Nursing at the University of Ghana. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Population and Reproductive Health from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery and a Diploma in Midwifery from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and a Certificate in Midwifery from the Sekondi Nurses and Midwifery Training College. She also has Diploma in Education from the University of Education, Winneba. She completed her secondary education at Swedru Secondary School, where she studied Geography, Economics, and Government.
Vivian Ametefe is an experienced midwife and an academic leader with over 18 years of professional practice in maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health. She currently serves as Principal Health Tutor, Acting Vice Principal, and Midwifery Programme Head at Bibiani College of Health Sciences, where she provides academic leadership, mentorship, and curriculum development. She is also a Chief Examiner and long-standing member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana, contributing significantly to nursing education standards and professional regulation. She is also an active researcher with published work and ongoing studies focused on reproductive health and health workforce dynamics.
She is passionate about teaching, mentoring future health professionals, advancing research, and improving maternal and child health outcomes through education, leadership, and evidence-based practice. She currently serves on the Board as a member of the HR and Credit Committees.
